Do I need a Red Seal certification to qualify?
Not always for the OINP itself, but most Ontario employers will only extend a genuine job offer once you are licensed or registered to work in a compulsory trade. Requirements vary by trade. See the job offer requirements guide.
Which trades besides carpenters, electricians and plumbers qualify?

Does a trade certificate count the same as a college diploma?
