Do I need a Job Offer ID to use this pathway?

Yes. The skilled job offer pathway requires a valid Job Offer ID from an eligible Ontario employer. See the What is OINP guide for how Job Offer IDs work.

What counts as a TEER 0 to 1 vs TEER 2 to 3 occupation?

TEER 0 to 1 covers management and occupations that usually require a university degree. TEER 2 to 3 covers occupations that usually require a college diploma, apprenticeship training, or several years of relevant experience. Use the NOC and TEER finder to check your exact occupation.

Is this the same score as my Express Entry CRS score?
